I absolutely loved the cozy and inviting atmosphere of the accommodation. The hotel's decoration and general areas were beautifully done, with a touch of elegance that made me feel right at home. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel, as it had ramps and elevators that made it easy for me to navigate around. It was truly comforting to know that the establishment was designed with the needs of older guests in mind.
I would have loved a better range of activities specifically tailored for senior people. Perhaps some organized outings or gentle exercise classes would have made my vacation even more enjoyable.

Overall experience was excellent. The apartment itself was nice sized and fairly clean located close enough to restaurants and Dunedin sites as well as the hill. I appreciated the owner, and the staff was helpful and affable. Everything was good and I got ironing for free.

The apartment was mind-blowingly spacious, easily accommodating our group of three, with room for six. The location was super, surrounded by beautiful decor and facilities. We enjoyed the tiny garden with its cared-for flowers, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The large store room provided lots of extra bedding and the instructions for the TV and Sky were jaw-droppingly helpful. The whole place was spotlessly clean, and we appreciated the sunny accommodation. The communication with the owner was excellent, and we had every convenience we needed, including free Wi-Fi and easy parking. We were thrilled to find a dryer, electric kettle, and cookware/kitchen utensils available. The added bonus of air conditioning and a flat-screen TV made our stay even more enjoyable. We loved the outdoor dining area and the fact that no pets were allowed. And the best part? No smoking on site. All in all, it was a fantastic place to stay in a quiet location. And who could forget the wood pigeon feasting daily on the tree outside? It was truly a memorable experience!

I recently had a fantastic stay at Heriot Lane City in a lovely, clean, and sunny accommodation. the owner was incredibly communicative and made sure that we had everything we needed. the place had two bathrooms which worked out well for our group, and it was great to have the convenience of being able to do some laundry. the complimentary plunger coffee and chocolate were a nice touch. We also appreciated the easy parking and the quiet location. Plus, it was a short walk to the Octagon and the stadium, which was perfect for us since we were in town for a rugby game. The bed was comfortable, and overall, it was a great place to stay. Cons: Nothing, it is perfect! 👌.

The location of the apartment was excellent, with easy access to the city centre, the stadium, and the Octagon area. the apartment itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with well-appointed lounge and kitchen areas. the beds were comfortable and the showers had great pressure. the owner was friendly and accommodating, providing helpful advice when needed. the apartment also offered convenient parking and thoughtful additions like locally sourced coffee and chocolate.
The choice of pillows was limited, with no options for different levels of fullness.

We got excellent value for our money at Heriot Lane City Apartments. The room was cozy and comfortable, with clean beds and bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the electric blankets kept us warm. The peaceful location made it easy to access the city, and the staff treated us with kindness and professionalism.
The only thing that could make the breakfast offerings better would be to have more variety.
